Mike H. T. Nguyen is the Managing Attorney of Win Law, the trade name of Nguyen & Associates, a Las Vegas, Nevada personal injury law firm. He oversees the firm’s litigation strategy and daily operations and brings more than 15 years of experience advocating for injured clients throughout Nevada.

After graduating from law school in 2010, Mike relocated to Las Vegas and has proudly called the city home ever since. Early in his career, he earned a reputation for taking on complex cases that other firms declined, including securing a client verdict in a difficult contract trial at the age of 27.

At age 28, Mike argued before the Nevada Supreme Court sitting en banc and won a unanimous decision on an issue of first impression. This achievement made him one of the youngest attorneys in Nevada to accomplish this distinction, and the ruling is now taught at UNLV Boyd School of Law.

As an experienced trial attorney, Mike has taken numerous cases to verdict and recovered significant compensation for injured victims. His practice focuses on representing individuals harmed by negligence, and he is known for his strategic approach, courtroom experience, and commitment to pursuing justice on behalf of his clients.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School, where he earned the highest grade in Federal Income Tax and served as an editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law.

Mike has been admitted to the Nevada Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada since 2010. He has received multiple local and national recognitions for his work as a personal injury attorney.

Beyond his legal practice, Mike is deeply involved in the Las Vegas community. He has served as Chairman of the Vietnamese Community of Las Vegas since 2015 and has helped organize numerous community events. In 2021, he supported the community during the COVID 19 pandemic by providing free vaccinations at the Win Law, a trade name of Nguyen & Associates, office.

Under Mike’s leadership, Win Law established its permanent Las Vegas headquarters and later expanded to a Chinatown location, increasing access to legal services for the community.

Mike personally meets with every client and takes the time to listen carefully to their story. He does not limit consultations to a short time frame and frequently makes himself available on weekends when needed. He approaches every case with care and determination, treating each client’s matter as if it were his own and working tirelessly to pursue the best possible outcome.

Outside of work, Mike values continuous learning and personal growth. He has a strong interest in technology and artificial intelligence and actively explores ways to responsibly integrate innovation into the legal profession. He also practices meditation to maintain focus and balance.
